Three events promoted by Regione Puglia in cooperation with Progresso Agricolo Fasano SCA,  dedicated to Buyers of important Italian and foreign commercial realities, sector journalists, food bloggers. Ögema GmbH had the pleasure to actively take part by involving its end customers.

• The first event was dedicated to olive sector Guests were guided among the millennial olive trees and participated in the olive harvest. They visited the mill to follow all the stages of oil production, up to the on-site tasting with explanations from sector technicians.
  
  
• Other two events were organized for the FRUIT AND VEGETABLE sector, one in JUNE 2023 and the other in NOVEMBER 2023. These two periods were meant to observe and explore the typical crops of the two different seasons (winter and summer) and the products deriving from them.

Also in this case guests actively participated in the harvest and distribution of the product.

The “Regina tomatoes”, the barattieri, the “fioroni figs”, the “cornaletti peppers” and the other typical products of the territory were the protagonists of the 2 days dedicated to them.

In addition to technical visits, guests were involved in a great popular festival, to let them taste the harvest of the day prepared with typical recipes and capture the true atmosphere of this magical area.
