Product features and varieties

The varieties are many and differ for shape and colour. Aubergines can have a white, black or purple peel and even a striped mixed purple/white coloured peel. The shapes of the fruit can vary as well: rounded, oval, long or “segmented”.

Areas of production and availability

The varieties we commercialize most are the striped “Graffiti” from Spain, the Sicilian purple rounded from Italy and the most common black semi-long varieties both from Italy and Spain, available all year around.

From Italy we also have a Demeter production.

Packaging

Aubergines are packed in cardboard boxes and RPC (reusable plastic containers).
