Varieties and availability
In addition to the most common and requested  varieties for fresh home consumption (available from both organic and biodynamic productions), our leading products are early apples (also Demeter), from northern Italy and the uncommon “quince”, from Spain (too tart and astringent to eat fresh but very sweet after cooking).

Natural ripeness occurs from late August to mid-October, whereas the early apples start to be available even from the beginning of July. Apple is a fruit that can be available all year round thanks to a lengthy storage ability.
