Area of production and availability:

As a winter vegetable, it prefers a fresh climate, but not too cold. For this reason our best production is located in the Abruzzo region, in a valley between two hills at the base of the Gran Sasso mountain.  The production time goes from December to March. Thanks to very good climate conditions the plants can also grow till about 80 cm of height, instead of the standard 40 cm.

The product is deliverable in wooden box and in RPC (Reusable Plastic Containers).
