Varieties and availability:

Some of the varieties available are the Candonga, Melissa and Nabila, starting from February and available until June. The varieties Candonga and Nabila are early-maturing cultivars suitable for southern environments and Mediterranean climates so our best producers are located in Sicily and Calabria.

The bright red color, the elongated conical shape and the sweet, consistent and aromatic pulp are the qualities that meet the favor of producers and consumers.

Processing and packaging:

Collection, selection and packaging are carried out scrupulously by hand to preserve all the organoleptic characteristics of the fruit. The packaging available are 250 or 500g trays in cardboard boxes.
